1 Year Program

During the apprenticeship, you'll develop and master your skills as a service technician through hands-on experience in just 12 months.

The Mentor

Gain real-world experience and knowledge by working directly with a mentor. Your mentor will be one of our own Master Technicians or in some circumstances, an Advanced Technician. You will have the chance to learn from a new mentor each 3-month period or, if desired, you may keep the same mentor for the duration of your apprenticeship.

Compensation

You'll be earning while you're learning. Legacy Equipment offers competitive compensation throughout the entire apprenticeship program.

Graduation

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship program (after 12 months), you will graduate and become a full John Deere Technician at Legacy Equipment.
